Peace of mind, guaranteed.
From rigorous background checks to our 24/7 support team, we’ve built a platform designed to keep you and your home protected every step of the way.
How we ensure every pro is top-tier
We don't just list anyone. Before a pro can join Logly, they must pass a 6-step verification process that is stricter than most industry standards.
Identity Verification
Pros submit government-issued IDs and undergo biometric facial recognition checks to prove they are who they say they are.
Criminal Background
We run comprehensive nationwide criminal background checks, including sex offender registries, for every applicant.
License Verification
We verify licenses, insurance certificates, and professional certifications specific to the trade (e.g., Master Electrician).
Skills Assessment
Every pro must pass a practical skills test relevant to their trade to ensure they can handle real-world home repairs.
Insurance Review
We verify that all pros carry General Liability Insurance ($1M minimum) and Workers' Compensation coverage.
Ongoing Monitoring
The vetting process doesn't stop after the first job. We continuously monitor reviews, ratings, and performance scores.
You’re never on your own.
We stand behind every job we book. If you’re not satisfied with the work, we’ll send a replacement pro for free or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Our dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews every complaint within 24 hours and works to resolve disputes fairly. We prioritize your satisfaction above all else.
Payment protection you can see
Your money is held securely until you confirm the job is done perfectly.
Escrow Model
We don't release payment to the pro until you mark the job as complete. This ensures the pro is motivated to finish the job right the first time.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we investigate both sides and can refund your payment immediately if the claim is valid.
Insurance coverage explained
Logly maintains a comprehensive platform insurance policy to protect your home and property in the unlikely event of an accident or damage.
Platform Insurance: Covers up to $1,000,000 in liability for damages caused by our pros during a scheduled job. This covers things like accidental damage to your walls or floors.
Pro Liability Insurance: All our pros are required to carry their own General Liability Insurance ($1M minimum) and Workers' Compensation. You can request to see their certificates at any time.
